The other Sunday I had a great time shooting the celebration of Emma becoming a Bat Mitzvah (pronounced Baz Mitzvah, and is the girls version of a Bar Mitzvah), There was a lot of activity outside the Lowry Hotel in Manchester, when I got there, and I figured that it must be a regular haunt of some celebs. However, on this day it was home to the guys who were involved with SoccerAid, and they were filming on the same floor as the celebrations. This caused much excitement throughout pretty much everyone there.
I was told that I wasn’t allowed to photograph the celebs (which was fine by me, I was there to photograph Emma and she was my celeb for the day), the guests got to meet a few of the guys though, which was cool.
The venue looked awesome, and Emma’s mum, Carolyn, had organised everything great.
They had a cool guy to sing for everyone, and he was one of the best singers I have heard, a Jazz/Blues voice that I could listen to all day long.
