On Friday, I had the pleasure of being the photographer chosen to photograph the wedding of Kate and Spence, at the Double Tree Hilton Hotel, in Chester, Cheshire.
Here is a quick sneak.

Saturday 9th July, I was lucky enough to be the chosen photographer for Zoe and Frikkie. They met whilst Zoe was on a business trip to South Africa, Frikkie was at the meeting…..they shook hands, and BAM, romance blossomed across the oceans. Thankfully they had Skype so keeping in touch was easy – even if sometimes one of them was asleep on the other end!
Fast forward to the wedding day, I don’t think I have seen a groom so proud to be married. Zoe and Frikkie got married at All Saints Church, Daresbury, Cheshire. Then a short deive to Walton Hall, Walton, Cheshire for the reception. The ceremony was sweet, and they gave their own readings. The grounds at Walton Hall are a joy for photographers, and couples. We had lots of fun just wandering round getting photographs. I then suggested to Zoe, that it would look awesome if she would lay on the floor…..and she agreed, and it did indeed look awesome.
It was then that we came back inside, for the speeches, which were full of laughter and tears (the happy sort). I had a blast shooting this wedding, fun, romantic & honest….the way every marriage should be.
Enjoy the pictures, be sure to pick your favourites.

On Saturday, I had the pleasure of heading down to North Wales to assist my good friend and fellow awesome photographer, Tony Fanning of Tony Fanning Photography, photograph Llino and Elfyn’s Wedding.
The weather was rather changable, but a wonderful couple were not going to let that dampen their spirits. We first headed to Tregwehelydd farm where Llinos and the girls were getting ready, and where the reception after was being held. This rather wonderful Marquee had been set up.
We then drove up to the church, Ty Capel, Tyn y Maen. A Little, but pretty church, which had only standing room available once the guests where seated. After a beautiful ceremony (I’m half guessing this from body language, and the fact it seemed to go quite fast – as it was all in Welsh).
Once outside the church, the weather decided to be a little unkind and to give us all a little shower! But once back to the marquee, that really didn’t matter.
The Marquee (well the first part of it)
Some of the little details

The Little Princess for the day
Ty Capel, The Church
I like, little details like this, I actually put most of these on for the grooms.
Llinos, not showing much in the way of nerves.
This little one, really wasn’t keen on the rain
Loved the order of service, if only I could read it.
Only one thing to do once the rain starts.
ooh, it’s raing confetti now.
The Marquee, part 2….there is a stage behind the back curtains too.
The 3 wise men
These guys, were having a real good laugh.
Always nice to include little touches like this in your wedding. Remember where you came from.
We tried to venture outside, but the rain decided against us, although these beautiful creatures didn’t seem to mind.
The Bestman got a little carried away trying to get everyones attention.
